Putting this build together comes down to gathering sturdy everyday workwear and distressing it so nothing looks straight off a retail rack. The visual weight sits primarily in the heavy outer jacket, the tactical utility vest worn underneath, and a worn leather holster rig anchored low at the hip.
The Field Jacket and Arm Transponder
The jacket anchors Cassian’s silhouette. A waxed canvas or heavy cotton journeyman jacket in tobacco brown captures the right weight and rugged boxy cut. On screen, the jacket has clean front seams, a sturdy collar, and a worn-in texture that benefits from a bit of light sandpapering along the cuffs and elbows to soften the factory finish.
Mounted on the left upper sleeve is Cassian’s personal identifier transponder, a small rectangular communications badge.
