Her outfit is built around stark black-and-white contrast, layering a crisp ruffled silhouette against tailored dark outerwear, with a single bright red accent at the crown of her head.
Recreating her appearance comes down to handling multiple necklines and overlapping garments cleanly. Because her look combines a high collar, a sailor-style capelet, a ruffled jabot, and a structured vest, keeping the layers flat and properly anchored prevents the upper body from bunching up.
Building the Core Dress and Neck Layers
The base of the costume begins with a sleeveless black turtleneck worn beneath a white ruffle lolita dress. Using a sleeveless undershirt is practical here because it keeps the high black neckband visible while preventing unnecessary fabric bulk inside the dress’s sleeves. The dress itself supplies the flared, tiered skirt and the white sleeves that peek out under the vest.
